Relief Proceedings. (i) A Relief Proceeding shall have been instituted against any Loan Party and such Relief Proceeding shall remain undismissed or unstayed and in effect for a period of forty-five (45) consecutive days or such court shall enter a decree or order granting any of the relief sought in such Relief Proceeding, (ii) any Loan Party institutes, or takes any action in furtherance of, a Relief Proceeding, or (iii) any Loan Party ceases to be Solvent or admits in writing its inability to pay its debts as they mature.
