Common use of ReliefforChange in Law Clause in Contracts

ReliefforChange in Law. a) In case Change in Law on account of 9.1.1 (a) above results in the SPG’s costs directly attributable to the Project being decreased or increased by one percent (1%), of the estimated revenue from the Electricity for the Contract Year for which such adjustment becomes applicable or more, during Operation Period, the Tariff Payment to the SPG shall be appropriately increased or decreased with due approval of GERC.
