RELIEFS AND HOME TERMINALS. 18.01 Relief Supervisors will be the primary, but not the sole means, to fill vacancies due to weekly vacations, single day vacations, compensatory time use, sick leave, a supervisor participating in training, or a supervisor away on administrative assignment. The Employer’s Director of Marine Operations and the Union’s Executive Director will meet as requested by either party, to review the number of extra relief terminal supervisors needed seasonally who will work full-time or close to full-time. The Employer will determine the number of reliefs, in accordance with its management rights, as set forth in Section 4.01 of this CBA.
