RELIEVING FOR MEALS. In port when the to watch are required to remain on board to relieve the to watch for supper, they shall receive a minimum payment of one (1) hour’s overtime for each meal in addition to their regular basic wages. The to watchkeepers shall complete their normal watch at all times while the vessel is in anchored or not otherwise underway. Likewise, the to shall not be required to commence his watch before and shall normally be granted one-half hour to eat on Company time.
