RELIEVING RATES. 26.01 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a higher paying classification shall receive the higher rate of pay for all time so employed, unless an employee works four (4) hours or more in which event they will be paid for the entire shift. 26.02 Any employee who is temporarily assigned to work in a lower paying classification at the request of the Company shall nevertheless continue to receive his or her higher rate of pay for all time so employed.
