Religious and Ethical Directives Sample Clauses

Religious and Ethical Directives. The parties acknowledge that the operations of End User and its affiliates are in accordance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services, as promulgates by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Washington, D.C. of the Roman Catholic Church or its successor ("Directives") and the principles and beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church is a matter of conscience to End User and its affiliates. It is the intent of the parties that neither this Agreement nor any part hereof shall be construed to require End User or its affiliates to violate said Directives in their operation.
