Common use of Religious Minorities Clause in Contracts

Religious Minorities. Members of religious minority groups may request to absent themselves from working on their religious holidays as long as this does not affect the Company’s operations. A vacation day or day without pay may be used for these purposes. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied, provided their request are made at least two (2) weeks prior to the holiday(s) occurring.
