Relocation and Real Estate Acquisition. Acquisition by the Subrecipient of real estate for projects with federal funding must be carried out in accordance with provisions of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (URA) of 1970 (42 U.S.C.§61), federal regulations (49 CFR Part 24 and FTA C5010.1D), and any applicable state and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements.
