RELOCATION MANAGEMENT ALLOWANCE Sample Clauses

RELOCATION MANAGEMENT ALLOWANCE. Landlord shall provide Tenant with an allowance of $1.50 psf, specifically $47,319.00. Such allowance shall be paid by Landlord to Tenant or its vendor or contractor, as applicable, within fourteen (14) days of Landlord’s receipt of an invoice therefor, which such invoice shall contain such reasonable documentation as may be reasonably requested by Landlord. The allowance shall be used for payment of project management fees associated with Tenant’s relocation/participation in construction meetings and any relocation management, as well as moving expenses and costs of installing telephone and data communications wiring.
