Relocation of Certain Excluded Assets. Promptly following the Closing, to the extent any Excluded Assets constitute equipment or other personal property located at the Leased Real Estate subject to the Transferred Leases, the Sublease or the Facility Use Agreements, the Company shall cause, at the Company’s sole cost and expense, such equipment or other personal property to be relocated.
