Relocation of CTMS Sample Clauses

Relocation of CTMS. All relocations of the CTMS or components thereof, whether at the installation site or to a new site, shall be done by COUNTY unless otherwise authorized by COUNTY in writing. CONTRACTOR shall bear the cost and expenses incurred in the event of a relocation of any component of the CTMS from the installation site to a new site. CONTRACTOR shall give COUNTY a minimum of thirty (30) days prior written notice in the event it wishes to relocate of any component of the CTMS from the installation site to a new site, unless otherwise agreed to between the parties.
