Common use of Relocation of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Relocation of Equipment. (a) At any time during the Term Uniti may require that Uniti’s equipment must be relocated for technical reasons, to another place on your property. (b) You must, if Uniti request that you do so, provide permission for Uniti relocate the equipment, and Uniti will not charge any fee for that relocation work. (c) Where those changes are required for technical reasons Uniti will pay the costs that Uniti has incurred. (d) Where those changes are required for aesthetic reasons the you must pay the costs that Uniti has incurred. (e) The relocation work will be charged at $80/hour or part thereof plus GST.
