Relocation of the Obligors. No Obligor shall change its principal executive office unless it gives the Trustee at least 30 days prior written notice of any relocation of its principal executive office and effects within 60 days of such change whatever appropriate recordations and filings of financing statements or amendments thereto are necessary.

If any Obligor so relocates its principal executive office or principal place of business, such Obligor shall give prior notice thereof to the Trustee and effects within 60 days of such change shall effect whatever appropriate recordations and filings of financing statements or amendments thereto are necessary.
