Common use of Relocation of Trees, Shrubs, Xxxxxx, and Fences Clause in Contracts

Relocation of Trees, Shrubs, Xxxxxx, and Fences. Where trees, shrubs, xxxxxx, and fences interfere with the Work, the trees, shrubs, and xxxxxx will be replanted by the Contractor, as indicated on the plans, or directed by the Engineer. Said trees, shrubs, and xxxxxx will be replanted on improved property. The Contractor shall be responsible for care of said plantings, and responsible for re-establishing growth. If the trees, shrubs, or xxxxxx are injured to such a degree as to affect their growth or diminish their beauty or usefulness, they shall be replaced at the Contractor’s expense (see Item 1.6
