Relocation performed by Municipality. If the Company fails to complete the relocation in accordance with Section 7.1 of the Agreement, the Municipality may, at its option, upon reasonable final notice to the Company, complete such relocation and the Company shall pay the Municipality’s Costs of the relocation.
