Relocation to Different Central Office Serving Area. If a TDP Customer relocates an existing Service arrangement to a location in a different central office serving area, a Termination Liability Charge will not apply if Customer converts to a new TDP commitment period that is equal to or greater than the original TDP commitment period. The number of months accrued at the prior location under the original TDP will not carry over to the new location.
