Relocation within Central Office Serving Area. If a TDP Customer relocates an existing Service arrangement to a new location within the same building or to a different location within the same central office serving area prior to the expiration of a TDP, a Termination Liability Charge will not apply, and the number of months accrued at the prior location will carry over to the new location.
