Relocation.Replacement Unit Rejection Notice. In such event, the Existing Tenant shall not be deemed a Relocating Tenant and no longer qualify for a Replacement Unit but instead shall have the right to remain in their Existing Unit until the Building Vacancy Date and shall qualify for relocation benefits under this Section 4.4.4(b). If a Relocating Tenant files for arbitration with the Rent Board’s Administrative Law Judge under Section 4.4.3(a), then such Relocation Tenant’s rights to select a Replacement Unit shall be as determined by the Administrative Law Judge.
