Common use of Relying Parties Clause in Contracts

Relying Parties. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and as described in the CPS, you may rely on a Certificate as a Relying Party only for an authorized purpose and only in support of a financial transaction. You may not rely on a Certificate for any purpose other than as set forth in the relevant section of the CPS for that particular class and type of Certificate. You agree not to rely on a Certificate unless such reliance is reasonable under the circumstances and in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree to comply with the policies and procedures set out in the CPS.
