Common use of Remainder of Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Remainder of Purchase Price. Purchaser shall unconditionally and irrevocably pay to Seller the balance of the Purchase Price (if the Deposit is paid to Seller on the Closing Date, and subject to the prorations as described in Section 13, and further subject to the terms of Section 20) on the Closing Date in cash or by Federal wire funds, which constitute legal tender in the United States for all debts and dues, public and private at the time of payment.
