Remaining Charges Clause Samples
The Remaining Charges clause defines the outstanding amounts that must be paid by a party, typically upon termination or expiration of an agreement. It specifies which fees, costs, or obligations remain due, such as unpaid invoices, accrued service fees, or other financial commitments incurred before the contract ends. This clause ensures that all financial responsibilities are clearly identified and settled, preventing disputes over unpaid amounts and providing clarity for both parties at the conclusion of the contractual relationship.
