Remaining Interest. Issuer agrees to wire transfer to Holder the accrued and unpaid interest outstanding of $13,566.40 within one business day of this Agreement.
Remaining Interest. Notwithstanding the agreement of AWAC to perform all obligations of the Corporation under the Notes and the Indenture (with respect to the Notes), the Corporation agrees that it shall remain solely liable for and shall pay all accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes from and including June 24, 2024 to and including the date of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture (the “Remaining Interest”) and AWAC hereby expressly disclaims liability for any obligation to pay the Remaining Interest.
