Remaining Licensed Product. Upon any termination of this Agreement, PII shall have the right for twelve (12) months to sell all Licensed Product then on hand, and to complete all orders for such Licensed Product then on hand, and royalties shall be paid to RBX with respect to such Licensed Product as though this Agreement had not terminated.
