REMAINING NET CASH FLOW. After the distributions described in Section 5.1 have been made, if any additional distributions are made, the balance of the Net Cash Flow will be distributed among the Partners based upon the number of Units held by each Partner in proportion to the number of Units outstanding. The timing and the amount of distributions of Net Cash Flow will be in the sole discretion of the General Partner.
