Remaining Net Proceeds Sample Clauses

Remaining Net Proceeds. Any Net Proceeds remaining after the prepayment of the Debt in full shall be (a) transferred by Lender to Mezzanine Lender for application in accordance with the terms of the Mezzanine Loan Documents if the Mezzanine Loan (or any portion thereof) is then outstanding or (b) paid to Borrowers if the Mezzanine Loan has been repaid in full.
