Common use of Remarketing Agreements Clause in Contracts

Remarketing Agreements. Neither any of the Aircraft nor the Owner Participant’s rights in any of the Aircraft is subject to any remarketing, residual sharing or similar agreement which would be binding or enforceable against the Purchaser, any of the Aircraft, or against the proceeds of any sale, leasing or other disposition of any thereof.
