Remedial Programs Clause Samples
The Remedial Programs clause establishes the requirement for implementing corrective actions or programs when deficiencies or non-compliance are identified. In practice, this clause may obligate a party to develop and execute a plan to address issues such as regulatory violations, safety concerns, or performance shortfalls, often within a specified timeframe and subject to approval or oversight. Its core function is to ensure that problems are promptly and effectively resolved, thereby minimizing risk and maintaining compliance with contractual or legal standards.
