Remedies/Additional Confidentiality Agreements. Nothing in this Section 5 is intended to limit any remedy of the Company under applicable state or federal law. At the request of the Company, the Director shall also execute the Company’s standard “Confidentiality Agreement” or similarly named agreement as such agreement is currently applied to and entered into by the Company’s most recent employees.
