Remedies After Expiration of Cure Period. After expiration of the cure period, if the alleged default has not been cured in the manner set forth in the notice and to the satisfaction of the Party issuing the default notice, the non-defaulting Party may at its option: (i) institute legal proceedings to obtain appropriate judicial relief including, without limitation, mandamus, specific performance, injunctive relief, or cancellation of this Agreement; or (ii) give the other Party notice of intent to cancel this Agreement.
