REMEDIES AND NON-WAIVER. Failure of the Contractor to insist upon strict conformance of the provisions of this Agreement or any individual Task Order shall not constitute a waiver of any of the provisions in either or a waiver of any of the technical requirements, specifications or drawings, or a waiver of any default provision.
