Remedies and Waiver. No failure or delay in exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver of or impair any such right. No single or partial exercise of any such right shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right. Any waiver must be given in writing to be effective, and no waiver shall be deemed a waiver of any other right.
