Remedies are Severable and Cumulative. All rights and remedies of MLBFS herein are severable and cumulative and in addition to all other rights and remedies available at law or in equity, and any one or more of such rights and remedies may be exercised simultaneously or successively. Any notice required under this Agreement or under applicable law shall be deemed reasonably and properly given to Grantor if given at the address and by any of the methods of giving notice set forth in this Agreement at least 5 Business Days before taking any action specified in such notice.
