Remedies Available to Collateral Agent. (a) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and subject to Article V hereof, if the Master Servicer shall have been terminated upon the occurrence of any Servicer Default pursuant to Section 8.01 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, then in every such case, the Collateral Agent may, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to Article V hereof, exercise the following rights, privileges and remedies:
