Remedies Available to Company. The Employee acknowledges that a breach by the Employee of the covenants contained in Articles 5, 6 and 7 would result in immediate and irreparable damages to the Company that could not adequately be compensated for by monetary award. Accordingly, it is expressly agreed by the Employee that, in addition to all other remedies available to it, the Company and its affiliates shall be entitled to the immediate remedy of an interim, interlocutory and permanent injunction as well as an accounting of all profits arising out of any breach by the Employee.
