Remedies; Award. The arbitrators shall have power and authority to award any remedy or judgment that could be awarded by a court of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The award rendered by arbitration shall be final and binding upon the parties, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
