Common use of Remedies Cumulative and Concurrent Clause in Contracts

Remedies Cumulative and Concurrent. No remedy herein conferred upon or reserved to Lender is intended to be exclusive of any other remedies provided for in the Note or in the Security Documents, and each and every such remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other remedy given hereunder, under the Note or the Security Documents, or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statute. Every right, power and remedy given by the Note and the Security Documents to Lender shall be concurrent and may be pursued separately, successively or together against Borrower, the guarantor of the payment of all or any part of the Indebtedness or the performance of any of the Obligations, or the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof, or any one or more of them; and every right, power and remedy given by the Note or the Security Documents may be exercised from time to time as often as may be deemed expedient by Lender.
