Remedies Cumulative; Delay or Omission Not Waiver. (a) Each and every right, power and remedy herein specifically given to the Trustee shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other right, power and remedy herein specifically given or now or hereafter existing at law, in equity or by statute, and each and every right, power and remedy whether specifically herein given or otherwise existing may be exercised, from time to time and as often and in such order as may be deemed expedient by the Trustee. No failure or delay on the part of the Trustee in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder and no course of dealing of the Trustee shall impair any such right, power or privilege or operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege hereunder or thereunder.
