Common use of Remedies Cumulative; Late Payments Clause in Contracts

Remedies Cumulative; Late Payments. All remedies hereunder are cumulative and are not exclusive of any other rights and remedies of the Lender provided by law or under the Credit Agreement, the other Loan Documents or other applicable agreements or instruments. The making of each Credit Extension to the Borrower pursuant to the Credit Agreement shall be conclusively presumed to have been made in reliance upon the Parent’s undertakings pursuant to the terms hereof.
