Remedies Cumulative; Subject to Mandatory Requirements of Law. The remedies in this Agreement provided in favor of the Trustee and the holders of the Trust Certificates shall not be deemed exclusive, but shall be cumulative, and shall be in addition to all other remedies in their favor existing at law or in equity; and such remedies shall be subject in all respects to any mandatory requirements of law at the time applicable thereto, to the extent such requirements may not be waived on the part of the Company.
