Remedies Cumulative; Survival. The provisions of this Article shall be in addition to any and all common law obligations and liabilities Sublessee may have to County, and any remedies and the environmental indemnities provided for herein shall survive the expiration or termination of this Sublease and/or any transfer of all or any portion of the Premises, or of any interest in this Sublease, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
