Remedies for Breach of Obligation of Confidentiality. Contractor acknowledges that breach of its obligation of confidentiality may give rise to irreparable injury to the City, which damage may be inadequately compensable in the form of monetary damages. Accordingly, City may seek and obtain injunctive relief against the breach or threatened breach of the foregoing undertakings, in addition to any other legal remedies that may be available, to include, at the sole election of City, the immediate termination of this Agreement, without liability to City.
