Remedies for enforcement. Nothing shall be construed to restrict the right of BSNL to institute appropriate proceedings at law and equity to obtain injunction or other relief on account of any default hereunder whether or not BSNL has exercised its right to terminate the agreement. The remedies granted to BSNL will be cumulative and are not intended to be exclusive if any, other remedies to which it may be lawfully entitled in case of any breach or threatened breach of the terms and provisions. Failure of BSNL to insist on strict performance of any of terms and provisions of the agreement or to exercise any right or remedy shall not be construed as a waiver of any such rights.
