Remedies for Environmental Defects. Subject to Seller’s continuing right to dispute the existence of an Environmental Defect and/or the Lowest Cost Response therefor pursuant to Section 4.11, Seller shall have the option, but not the obligation, to attempt to cure, or cause to be cured, any Environmental Defect prior to Closing.
