Remedies for Failed Remarketing. If the Lessee effectively elects the Remarketing Option with respect to any Property and each of the conditions and requirements in Sections 20.1 and 20.2 shall have been satisfied, but nevertheless the Lessee is unable to obtain bids satisfactory to the Lessor, and the sale of a Property is not consummated prior to the end of the Marketing Period, the Lessor shall by written notice to the Lessee choose one or both of the following remedies (which election may be changed at any time):
