Remedies for the. Executive In the event the Executive is terminated For Cause and it is ultimately determined the Company lacked "cause", the: (i) Executive's termination shall be treated as a Termination for reason other than For Cause, as it pertains to Section 8(a); and (ii) Executive shall reserve the right to seek remedy for breach of the Agreement by the Company including, but not limited to, any other such damages as may be suffered and/or incurred by the Executive, the Executive's costs incurred during the dispute, and reasonable attorney's fees in connection with such dispute; and (iii) Executive shall receive all payments as defined under Section 8(a), Termination for reason other than For Cause, with interest of 8% annually on all payments considered past due from the date at which such payment would have been made.
