Common use of Remedies for Title Benefits Clause in Contracts

Remedies for Title Benefits. With respect to each Lease and Well (or specified zone(s) therein) affected by Title Benefits reported under Section 11.2(b), the Purchase Price shall be increased by an amount (the “Title Benefit Amount”) equal to the increase in the Allocated Value for such Lease and Well caused by such Title Benefits, as determined pursuant to Section 11.2(h).

Remedies for Title Benefits. With respect to each Lease and Well (well or specified zone(s) therein) unit affected by a Title Benefits Benefit reported under Section 11.2(b6(a)(i) or Section 6(f), the Base Purchase Price shall be increased by an amount (the “Title Benefit Amount”) equal to the increase in the Allocated Value value set forth in Schedule 1 for such Lease and Well well or unit caused by such Title Benefits, as determined pursuant to Section 11.2(h7(a).

Remedies for Title Benefits. With respect to each Lease and Well (or specified zone(s) therein) affected by Title Benefits reported under Section 11.2(b), the Purchase Price shall be increased by an amount (the “Title Benefit Amount”) equal to the increase in the Allocated Value for such Lease and Well Asset caused by such Title Benefits, as determined pursuant to Section 11.2(h).

Remedies for Title Benefits. With respect to each Lease and Well (or specified zone(s) therein) Property affected by Title Benefits reported under Section 11.2(bArticle 12.2(b), the Purchase Price shall be increased by an amount (the “"Title Benefit Amount”") equal to the increase in the Allocated Value for such Lease and Well caused by such Title Benefits, as determined pursuant to Section 11.2(hArticle 12.2(j).

Remedies for Title Benefits. With respect to each Lease and Well (or specified zone(s) therein) affected by Title Benefits reported under Section 11.2(b3.3(b), the Purchase Price shall be increased by an amount (the “Title Benefit Amount”) equal to the increase in the Allocated Value for such Lease and Well caused by such Title Benefits, as determined pursuant to Section 11.2(h3.3(h).

Remedies for Title Benefits. With respect to each Lease Well and Well (or specified zone(s) therein) well location affected by Title Benefits reported under Section 11.2(b)3.7, the Purchase Price shall be increased by an amount (the “Title Benefit Amount”) equal to the increase in the Allocated Value for such Lease and Well or well location caused by such Title Benefits, as determined pursuant to Section 11.2(h)3.13.
