REMEDIES FOR UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE. The parties agree that any unauthorized disclosure of the [ILLEGIBLE] to any person other than as specified herein [ILLEGIBLE] constitute a breach of this Agreement, and the non-breaching party shall be [ILLEGIBLE] and costs incurred as a result of the disclosure of the Confidential [ILLEGIBLE] <Page> the case of a threatened or continuing breach, temporary and permanent injunctive.
