Remedies for Unmet Service Levels. Subject to Clause 1.5.4 (Exclusions) below, Orange will remit the following credits for the Locations for which the Service Level Target provided in Clause 1.5.2 above was not met. Table 2: Remedies for Unmet Service Levels (Locations) When Orange performance for the month falls within 80.00-89.99% 5% of the Qualifying Charges applicable to Equipment at each Remote Location for which Orange did not meet the Service Level target.
