Remedies in Respect of Specified Derivatives Contracts and Specified Cash Management Agreements. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or other Loan Document, each Specified Derivatives Provider and Specified Cash Management Bank shall have the right, with prompt notice to the Administrative Agent, but without the approval or consent of or other action by the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Banks or the Lenders, to take any action or avail itself of any remedies available to such Specified Derivatives Provider under any Specified Derivatives Contract or to such Specified Cash Management Bank under any Specified Cash Management Agreement.
