Remedies in the Event of Executive’s Breach. Executive acknowledges and agrees that any breach of Executive’s obligations hereunder shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall, in addition to any other remedies available in law or equity, allow VERITAS to cease performing its obligations hereunder, including its obligations to provide any of the benefits set forth in Sections 2 and 3 herein.
